SAREENAA APPAREL

INTERNATIONAL BUYER RESOURCE / SAREENAA APPAREL

Confidence starts with clear expectations.

A transparent look at how we approach custom Eastern wear and private-label enquiries through partner production units in Pakistan. No invented factory claims. No blanket quality or delivery guarantees.

OUR OPERATING MODEL

Partner production, openly explained.

Sareenaa Apparel is a manufacturing coordination and service business. Production is discussed with partner units in Pakistan, rather than represented as work carried out in factories owned by Sareenaa.

We review the buyer's requirements, discuss potential production routes and work towards a documented project scope. Each partner's capacity, technical suitability, availability and commercial terms need confirmation for the specific order.

Important distinction: The checkpoints below describe a recommended process to agree with buyers. They are not a claim that every service, inspection or approval stage is automatically included in every order.

PROJECT JOURNEY

Six stages to discuss and document.

01

Share a usable production brief

Provide reference designs, garment components, fabric preferences, size range, approximate quantity, labels, destination and target budget. If something is undecided, say so.

02

Review feasibility with partners

Sareenaa reviews the request and discusses which partner production resources and services may be suitable. Availability and capabilities are not guaranteed in advance.

03

Agree sampling and revision terms

If sampling is available for the project, confirm the sample specification, charges, revisions, review method and approval authority before work begins.

04

Confirm a written production agreement

Before any production commitment, agree quantities, size breakdown, fabrics, workmanship expectations, pricing, payment milestones, responsibilities and indicative delivery terms.

05

Define project-specific quality checkpoints

Decide what will be checked, when evidence will be shared and how discrepancies will be handled. Inspection frequency and progress documentation must be confirmed for each order.

06

Review dispatch and handover

Agree packing, shipping responsibilities, documents, customs roles and the final acceptance process. Overseas shipping arrangements are not a universal promise.

SAMPLING & APPROVAL

Approve the details, not just the photograph.

A reference photo may show the style, but not fabric weight, measurements or construction. For applicable projects, a documented sample review can help both parties agree what is being produced.

Before sampling

Confirm the intended garment, materials, measurements, decoration, components, expected sample cost and who approves changes.

At sample review

Check fit, measurements, stitching, finishing and agreed details. Record requested revisions in writing and confirm whether a revised sample is required.

Before bulk production

Agree an approved reference, specification version, quantity breakdown, tolerance expectations and escalation route for discrepancies.

QUALITY PLANNING CHECKLIST

What buyers should ask to verify.

Fabric & components

Confirm material composition or chosen fabric reference, lining, trims and any agreed substitutions.

Measurements & fit

Record sample measurements, tolerances where agreed, size grading and fit approval.

Stitching & finish

Define visible workmanship expectations, seams, closures and finishing details.

Embroidery & embellishment

Specify placement, pattern references, attachment and comfort for applicable designs.

Branding & packing

Confirm labels, hangtags, packaging artwork and packing method where included.

Evidence & sign-off

Agree who reviews samples or progress photos and what constitutes approval.

These are suggested checkpoints for discussion, not an independent audit report, certification or guarantee of inspections.

BEFORE YOU COMMIT

Make the commercial terms visible.

Scope & cost

Product specification, included services, sampling fees, quantities, revisions, currency and payment schedule.

Time & communication

Proposed milestones, approval responsibilities, reporting expectations and what happens if materials or specifications change.

Delivery & resolution

Packing, shipping terms, import responsibilities, acceptance criteria and a documented process for concerns or disagreements.

HONEST ANSWERS

Questions international buyers ask.

Does Sareenaa own its factories?

No. Sareenaa coordinates manufacturing enquiries through partner production units in Pakistan. A particular unit's suitability and availability are assessed per project.

Do you guarantee a minimum order quantity?

No fixed MOQ is published. Feasible quantities depend on the garment, material, design complexity and partner availability.

Is a sample always included?

No. Sample availability, price, revision limits and approval arrangements must be confirmed before the project starts.

Are inspections, photos or live progress updates guaranteed?

No universal inspection or reporting schedule is promised. Buyers should agree any required evidence and quality checkpoints in writing before production.

Can you guarantee export shipping or customs clearance?

No. Delivery destination, logistics provider, export documentation, importer responsibilities and costs must be confirmed for each order.

Are your partner units certified?

We do not publish unverified certification claims. Ask for documentary evidence of any certification needed for your project before relying on it.

What if the sample or production differs from the brief?

The approved specifications, agreed tolerances, escalation process and commercial terms should define how differences are reviewed and resolved.
